Nice room and comfy bed and clean tidy room

Television aerial was kaput so no TV but they did try to sort it out but to no avail.

Was told we couldn’t book the same room for a couple months later as they don’t reserve specific rooms :/

apart from goods size bed .good to say horrendous , regardless if it needs an upgrade you need to still provide a service and care. and sister hotel no better although the management and Front deks staff i cannot fault. and at least there were staff there, house keeping shocking, should be either sacked or paid more as clearly dont care. Do you even know that when a room is cleaned, it is hoovered, bedding changed not just make the bed, shocking, coffee cups replaced but replace with clean cups, not the case.Broken glass on balcony not cleared. Facilities- swimming pool---- you need to put timetables on front door where it can be seen and get the pool cleaner to clean first thing not when the the outdoor pool has been open since 9 am.Your bath staff need to have bottle openers or at least be able to supply an open for cork screw for customers bringing in there own wine, we were offered a screw driver............................................................................

parking payant à l’heure où la journée. c’est étonnant sachant que l’hôtel a son propre parking. hôtel très vétuste en extérieur. pas de repas dans l’établissement, ils vous envoient directement sur l’hôtel Carlton à 200 m de l’hôtel. Je vous déconseille d’y aller manger, il n’y a rien de disponible sur la carte à part des pizzas surgeler. Incapable de faire des pâtes dans un restaurant de si grande renommée.
