Newly renovated and clean. I had an issue with the door lock (my fault) and the lady I spoke to on the phone was patient and helpful. Hours after I left, I found out I left my wedding band on the counter. I called and spoke to the same lady and she went to find my ring and offered to ship it to me. Wonderful experience all around.
