Hotel Meson de Mita

Great location with the beach right in front of the hotel. We really enjoyed the beach beds with all the palm trees right there. The pool is also great. The best of the this property is the staff, specially the female staff who checked us in, unfortunately we don’t know her name but she’s lovely. Also, the night staff, Jesus, was very accommodating and helpful with our requests.

Rooms very basic, small and poor

The location is wonderful, the pool is good. The staff is great and helpful.

The rooms over the kitchen of the restaurant (MINA) are exposed to all their noise so it's a bit of an annoyance if you're trying to have a quiet morning or night. The beach section for the hotel is too rocky and the water area near the outdoor massage room doesn't seem that clean, we saw quite a bit of trash in that area.

The hotel is on the beach and has a private beach. From the breakfast tables you can see the sea and there is a pleasant breeze. The staff is very kind and professional. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, so I recommend adding it to the package. The hotel is located near the best restaurants and shops in town

The rooms are a bit dark and small. The photos make them look bigger and brighter. The bathroom is small and has no windows. They could increase the capacity of the bathroom fans to improve ventilation. If like me you won't spend much time in the room, it's not a big problem.

No fridge in room Pool water very warm Unlimited day guests allowed to take over the pool area with no prior warning - we had a group of over 30 people & loud kids. It was blissful until then! Surfboards advertised for rent but that wasn’t the case, only paddle boards
