Hotel Meson de Mita

Location was fantastic. Breakfast included was amazing. Room was delightfully large and comfortable. The staff were great. The toilet was a problem. This is more of a locals place so it helps if you speak Spanish. Front desk staff helpful.

It was a decent place to stay, relatively clean, good location. Only stayed one night. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable and we got a decent nights sleep. They gave you small bottles of water, which helped for brushing teeth. The breakfast was decent.

You had to leave a deposit for everything: remotes for TV and air, towels for pool, key for door, etc. The room was not welcoming or worth the price paid. It felt like a cinder block cell! The staff was not particularly welcoming, especially at breakfast. We arrived right at 8 and they were not ready for us. No refrigerator for keeping water.
