Loved the location, pool was wonderful, view from pool deck was lovely, staff were wonderful, room was exceptional! Hot water in bathroom sink and shower!

The breakfast was pretty good. Kind of minimal, but made to order eggs with a little buffet, fruit, yogurt, refried beans and chilequiles.

"Great little economical slice of heaven"

Great location, price and front desk staff. For the price, it’s a no brainer, very simple, no frills type of hotel. Small boutique feel. The best restaurant next door at Mina’s.

Can’t really complain, except for restaurant staff could have been better. Breakfast was just ok.

"It was okay but I wouldn't return"

Location was good. Lots of restaurants in neighbourhood.

The beds were like a cement slab. The pool was too cold to swim comfortably. the beach was rocky. The Tv didn't get one english channel.

"Gem in Punta Mita"

Great little beachfront hotel with a pool located among a strip of restaurants in Punta Mita. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Walking distance to other less expensive restaurants in the town.
