Amazing view and nice room, you can join a hiking trail from top of the property.

The curtains let the day light pass through and there is no chair or table in the room. No separation between the shower and the toilet.

This property has amazing potential. The facilities are great, the views of the canyon are absolutely stunning, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was also very clean, and the hot water worked well. We really liked the property itself and would like to come back to see it better managed.

The service was very disappointing. Communication with the property was poor from the start . I tried to message ahead of arrival and never received a response. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. After calling out for around 10 minutes with no answer, we had to go and look for a staff member ourselves. The staff were unable to speak English and showed little willingness to communicate, even when we tried to use a translator. At breakfast, we arrived and the staff member saw us but walked away without acknowledging us. I initially assumed they had gone to assist, but they never returned. I had to approach them myself, and only then were we asked what we wanted. There were only two options available, and unfortunately, the pho served was the worst I’ve had in Vietnam. This is a clear example of a property with great potential that is let down by poor management and lack of attention to guest experience, which is very disappointing.

De kamer veel te klein, matras op de grond, geen stoel/tafel, geen plek voor de koffers, badkamer onooglijk, de klim naar boven, niet te doen in het donker met koffers deels zonder leuning, zwaar overprijsd (2,5 x zoveel als vergelijkbaar in de regio). Wij verwachtten iets totaal anders door deze prijs te betalen (€64 per kamer)

Stairs leading up to the place off main road and parking on the main road felt a bit sketchy but overall it worked out just fine!

WiFi does not reach the room These rooms should be rented seasonally. My room last night was at 13°C There was no light or lamps in the room. There is a ventilator but the light didn’t work and no one needs a ventilator at 13°C. The bed had a hot mat but even at low setting ( Chinese) it was too hot , so it is difficult to sleep with back of your body hit and top of your body cold Overall the staff is greedy, pushing for a mediocre dinner and the bill but not for the hospitality . For the views : I would go there for coffee and stay somewhere else See dark room photos . No lamp

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. La vue de la chambre et du café est sublime ! Les plats du petit-dej et du restaurant sont délicieux.

Pas de chauffage dans les chambres (heureusement le matelas est chauffant) Pas assez de prises de courant
