Five Seasons Liverpool City - Modern Studios near Anfield

Great location for what we needed. Very clean.

Top room so very hot. Flat thin pillows, towels not really big enough.

Loved the extra touches washing up liquid toiletries cereal biscuits. Just need more milks for a hot drink .

The bathroom light cuts out before you have finished in the shower

Lovely modern studio, very clean, easy to gain access, great shower and very comfortable beds. Lovely and airy (we had autumn room) 35 min walk to anfield, carpark 24hr parking less than 10 mins, nice touch to have tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets & biscuits for arrival. Will definitely use again if im visiting Liverpool 😍

No parking outside, but not really a reason I'd not stay at this well kept studio

The bed was very comfortable, entering was easy and hassle free. The lady was very helpful and accommodating when I rang up for information. The facilities were clean and it had everything needed including hair dryer and iron.

The lights to the kitchen/bathroom were on a sensor which we could not find a switch to turn off. This was disturbing when one went to the toilet in the night. The price was slightly higher than worth

That we were locked out for 45 mins at around 11-12 den got in and 3 leaks that disturbed our sleep the first time we stayed it was perfectly fine

I had a very positive experience overall. Five Seasons is a few bus stops away from the city centre (Liverpool One), which was very convenient as we travelled to and from there. The hosts were knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive when we reached out to them. It was easy to follow the instructions sent to us for checking in. They were incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms due to mobility issues. The room we settled in was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, the amenities were in good condition and clean. The kitchen had cutlery and plates, a kettle, microwave and fridge-freezer. We were stocked with mini cereal boxes and tea/coffee (however, no sugar) Five Seasons is less than 10 mins away from Liverpool Olympia, which was a bonus as we attended an event there. Its a lovely place to make a quick getaway if you want to take a staycation.

It could be better if the apartment levels were included in the room description.
