La douche est bouchée…. Vraiment compliqué de prendre une douche sans faire une inondation dans la salle d’eau…. La porte coulissante de la salle d’eau est cassée!!!! Zéro intimité……. Il y a un manque de sécurité, la porte palière de l’immeuble est toujours ouverte!

All was good. 25 min walk to town.

good price and the equipment of the room was perfect. the toilet door is not the best choice, its just a sliding door and not closing tight. the first night was horribly cold but after that, probably the heating was not turned on during the week and was only turned on for the weekend stay. the host was friendly and helped as he could, we got additional sheets for the second night.

the temp was too cold on the first night after that, everything was alright. the toiled door is not a good choice and the water heating for the shower is really tricky but at the end it works

El apartamento era muy pequeño pero completo. Aunque eché de menos un sofa, una cafetera, y una TV que funcionara. Estaba limpio, y a media hora del centro. El check in muy fácil

La actitud pasiva del propietario cuando el primer día escribí porque la TV no funcionaba. Su primera respuesta fue que conectara el teléfono a la tv. El problema era que la tv no llegaba a encender, no era de mando ni teléfono. Después dijo que mandaría a alguien, pero cuando pregunté cuando ya no respondió. Esa tarde estuvimos en casa. El segundo dia estuvimos fuera, y al volver por la tarde vimos que seguía igual. Volví a escribir, y no respondió hasta que escribí a booking y contactaron con ella. Su respuesta fue que el técnico había ido y no había nadie, lógico, si no llamó ni aviso cuando venía, no vamos a estar todo el día. Me dijo que al día siguiente iría. El tercer dia tampoco llamó nadie ni fue, y yo ya no volví a llamar. Hemos estado 4 días y 3 noches sin TV, cuando he reservado un apartamento con TV porque quiero llegar por las tardes y noches y verla, sobre todo porque estamos estudiando inglés y queríamos ver los canales de TV en el idioma. Entendemos que las cosas se estropean pero no entendemos el comportamiento del propietario. El día de la salida vimos en el bloque un hombre que parecía ser el encargado y le dijimos lo de la tv y nos dijo que no sabía nada. Esperamos al menos una compensación, ya que no hemos podido usar un electrodoméstico que el anuncio dice que tiene y con el cuál hemos alquilado un alojamiento, y queríamos usar. Gracias

La ubicación es excelente, el alojamiento está a 20 minutos andando tranquilamente del centro de Liverpool y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Tampoco quedaba demasiado lejos (si te gusta andar) de Anfield o Sefton Park. La atención fue muy buena y amable, tuvimos un problema con la ducha y no tardaron en contestarnos a los mensajes y solucionarlo, además fue un detalle los cereales y galletas que dejaron. Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas y limpias, en poco espacio tenías todo lo necesario.

Lo único, resaltar dos puntos que harían la estancia un poquito más cómoda. Durante la noche hacía un poco de frío, no creo que haga falta poner más tiempo la calefacción, pero a lo mejor una manta extra por si acaso sí que podría ser recomendable. Por otro lado, las luces de la cocina y del baño son automáticas, en la cocina no es molesto porque normalmente te estás moviendo, pero en el baño hubiera sido mejor poder encenderla y apagarla cuando entrabas y salías.

The location is convenient for getting into the city centre, 15 min drive, while still being in a quieter area, so it’s ideal if you want a balance of accessibility. Overall, it offers excellent value compared to similar places in Liverpool. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-equipped place to stay.
