The stay had a few positives like a comfortable mattress, decent location, and large towels, but unfortunately there were quite a lot of issues that affected our experience.

The TV wasn’t working, which was frustrating as we wanted to relax and watch something in the evenings. Noise was another problem — the street outside was quite loud, and we could hear neighbours shouting and doors banging. The blinds didn’t block out light at all, and with a streetlight right outside plus early sunrise, the room was never properly dark. Blackout curtains would make a big difference. Parking was not provided as expected, and we ended up paying £36 for two nights, which was an added and unexpected expense. This should be made clearer in advance or included. During our stay, it rained heavily on Saturday and there was a leak from the roof, with water dripping onto the lamp, which was quite concerning from a safety point of view. The stairs leading up to the loft were extremely steep and felt quite dangerous, especially when carrying bags or going up and down at night. Overall, while there are some positives, the number of issues means improvements are definitely needed.

Great location, all modern facilities. Bed so comfortable. Spotless. Definitely would stay again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

W łazience światło i wentylator włączały się na czujkę, a potem długo nie wyłączały, co było dość uciążliwe, bo wentylator głośno buczał. Nie podobało mi się też działanie prysznica. W trybie low była bardzo zimna woda, w trybie high bardzo gorąca, a w trybie eko ciśnienie wody było bardzo słabe. Przed pierwszym użyciem straciłam pół godziny, żeby wyregulować wodę. Podczas jednej nocy lokatorzy pokoju nad nami głośno rozmawiali i hałasowali, co spowodowało, że się obudziliśmy (bardzo cienkie ściany). Mało garnków i naczyń.

Really modern and had everything you need

We were satisfied with the accommodation. It is close to the city center and also to Anfield. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We even received complimentary coffee and some snacks, which we appreciated—thank you. I would recommend it for those coming to an LFC match.

The only downside was that the keypad lock was a bit difficult to use, but it might just be that we couldn’t figure it out properly.
