DEThis is my second time here in Jiva Hoa lu retreat and I just love everything about it ! The people here are super warm,nice and welcoming ! Especially Anh Tuan the Bellman who helped us out with the best bike routes around here and also Mr Finn the guest Relation Manager and also Carwyn! The Food is just fantastic and also the interior ! Also thank you for the housekeeping Team to keep everything clean and neat๐ซ

AUSetting is beautiful admist the karsts and away from the hustle of Tam Coc.
The rooms were quite small and we could hear noises from room above. Service was quite lacking for the premium price point.

AUProperty is located between the stunning limestone mountains, with free bikes to use to get around and explore. Guest experience team where amazing and attentive to needs, always available to answer questions particularly Finn.
Understanding that they employ locals from surrounding areas, which is to be commended, the service at the restaurant (breakfast, evening sunset drinks & dinner) was always very slow and lacking, despite having a lot of people working. Additionally, had to request our room to be serviced and wasnโt done until 5pm, which was disappointing as I was out all day and unwell so just wanted to rest.
