The interior,comfort,breakfast and the personnel.They are very accommodating and always attend to your request.The room and the toilet were spotlessly clean.

TV didn't work when we got sick and wanted to stay in. Tour through hotel was bad. Driver tried to scam us by taking us on only two of the tourist spots instead of the 7 that we should have gone to. Only after complaining did the driver agree to take us to all the spots but he was tampo. Bathroom is way too small.

Not enough Power outlet, actually there's no provision at all if you will use all the appliances they provide - Internet router, TV, Cable, Ref, electric kettle

Nice big and modern rooms.

Although the rooms are big, the bathroom is pretty small and everything gets wet from the shower. Also there's no shower gel / shampoo.

Had a wonderful four night stay at Skott’s. Lovely host and staff. Our room was large and really comfortable, with a nice sitting area/tv and an outside terrace. Wi-Fi was decent. If you don’t mind walking, it’s 10-15 mins to the ferry terminal, and 25 mins into Santa Fe. It you want to explore the island, a motorbike is a good idea. We got ours from the hostel next door (500 pesos/day).

A few mosquitoes but not too bad.
