Double bedroom with own private bathroom and a large desk

It was affordable and had the necessary equipment, like fridge and microwave.

It is roadside and on the ground floor. Lots of noise from the road. I would not recommend it for light sleepers. The shower head was broken during my duration. The bathroom could do with a lot more cleaning. The bathtub's drain was a bit clogged.

Cute little room, it’s on ground floor. It had a nice bar right next to it, free parking. Owner was nice enough to come over and help out with the door that was difficult to open :)

It is quite a long boring walk if you’re doing so. Shared bathroom was fine, there are 2 other people in that flat to share it with.

I was hoping for a private bathroom, but this is not the case. It was shared between 3 rooms.

I am totally in satisfied with the location.

There was no one at the property when I arrived. The phone number for the property was not in service. There were no advance instructions on how to access the property. I had to book elsewhere at a cost of over $1000.

The communication with the host, who has been kind in responding to all my questions throughout my stay.

Contrary to the announcement on Booking.com, Room no. 1 bathroom is not private, but shared with Room no. 3. I only realized this when I saw other people were using my purportedly private bathroom. The host said they changed the relevant information on their end on Booking.com but apparently failed to get it correctly displayed on the guest's end.

The person in charge of booking.com was really nice and helpful

No private toilet/bath. No continental breakfast. Both advertised.
