The staff were wonderful. The location was good.

It is advertised as a room with a river view. The uploaded photo shows the actual view. If you duck under the tiny tv screen and crane your neck to the right you can see a tiny speck of river. There is oversized furniture in the room, however the fridge and tv are tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable and the heating didn’t work the first night. The wonderful staff had this rectified for our second night.

I liked the comfy bed, the powerful shower, the friendly staff, and the whole aesthetic of the room

Kept finding stains on the bedding and towels

The room was nice and was close to town, parking a bonus

I have stayed before, but this time with the breakfast it let the stay down. We were told after asking that we couldn't have any cooked food as they had ran out and that they hadn't gone shopping and that the owner was away, I had when booked the stay asked for hash browns for my daughter. the apple juice was off, even the other guests said the same. A towel in my daughters room was stained and thread bare, and the tv in their room wouldn't connect to the internet, so no Netflix. It was a real shame on our stay this time round, as it was so lovely before.

Location, cleanliness

The bed, needs a new one, dips on both sides , left hand side felt like i was sleeping on bricks ( room 2 ) , having to go see a chiropractor to sort my back out now

Beautiful property, well kept and spotless. In a perfect location

Nothing

The room was really pretty and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. A lot of thought and care have been put into offering everything a guest could need. The staff on site were so warm and thoughtful. This is what made our stay special. The breakfast was great.

The only weakness was the shower, which looked very fancy and modern but underdelivered, with a lack of pressure and too many dials to figure out.

Cosy felt luxury without luxury price tag

Only feed back I left was ridge in middle of double bed which wasn’t so bad as on my own but I couldn’t stretch out/had to keep to one side of bed
