Cozy Studio Staycation - Brooklyn close to Train stations

הדירה לא הייתה נקיה, התמונות לא משקפות את המציאות, בפועל הדירה ישנה, הניקיון הוא שטחי (למראית עין בלבד). לנו הייתה תלויה מגבת משומשת ומלוכלכת במקלחת והיה זרוק בחדר תחתון או גרב של מישהו אחר. לכלוכים בחדר שרואים שלא היה ניקיון אמיתי. השירותים היו סתומים מהיום הראשון. פנינו לבעל הדירה בעניין הניקיון והוא הציע שנעשה צ'ק אאוט מוקדם, לאחר שיצאנו לא הסכים להחזיר לנו את הכסף על הימים שלא ישנו. אכזבה גדולה. התנהלות בעל הבית לא הגונה והדירה מלוכלכת.

רעש בניה חזק, השכונה לא סימפטית.

Le studio est très confortable pour deux personnes. Et surtout pratique avec la cuisine de fonction.

The appartment is small but really cozy. Everything needed for a stay is available, even coffee for the coffee maschine. In addition to the nearby train station with very goof connectivity to NY, there are small groceries in the proximity with opening hours until late evening. I enjoyed my stay! :-)

The door lock of the appartment entrance seemed not very safe to me. Maybe the door/ door lock could be replaced.

L’emplacement et le voisinage : musique toute la nuit pendant 2 nuit. Le quartier n’est pas très sécurisant. Manque de place et d’équipement pour cuisiner et mettre ses affaires (pas d’armoires)La douche mérite un bon nettoyage en profondeur

On the positive side, the host was very friendly and responsive. Communication was great, and he even allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, we didn’t feel very comfortable in the apartment and decided to leave earlier. The main door doesn’t feel very secure – it has the same simple lock as a bathroom door, which didn’t give us much confidence in terms of safety. There were also some issues in the kitchen: the pots were damaged inside and released small black particles while cooking. It’s unclear whether these could be harmful, but it definitely didn’t seem safe to use. The oven and the kitchen in general were not very clean either. It was also extremely noisy – constant sirens and traffic, and the windows are poorly insulated, so the noise comes right through. Of course, that’s not the host’s fault, but better windows would make a big difference. The neighborhood also didn’t feel very safe, especially for two girls traveling alone. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay for us.

Very nice & quite area. Close to subway station. Host was very nice & responsive. Highly recommend.
