It was central, really good value and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was looking into my family history in Garstang and they were full of ideas and helpful chat.

It was all really great apart from one of those light bulbs with rather chilly light in the overhead light in the bedroom. I think they are eco bulbs so good for the planet!

"A place to definitely avoid in future, only stayed there to be near a function we went to."

Breakfast not available. Beds comfy. New carpets.

Shower mouldy. Toilet didn't flush. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Door to room- lock unsafe. Noise from downstairs unbelievable. Door to outside hotel wouldn't open - a fire risk if the pub was closed.

"Perfect location for a stop over."

Location, friendly welcome. Comfortable bed.

Shower wouldnt get hot, also was not flowing well. Toilet was also a struggle to flush. Room number 3.
