Located in a quiet street close to the night market. The room was clean and modern with a comfortable shower.

Excellent location near most of the things to do and see. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room very clean and ideal for a short stay (we were there for one night).

The mattresses was slightly hard but that was to my liking, but I'm aware others may not like this. Very minor in my view.

Nice basic rooms

The rooms could use some more lamps for reading. There was some miscommunication about the buses.

I liked the staff very friendly including the cleaning lady.

The rooms were very nice and clean, fan instead of AC but Da Lat is way cooler than other Vietnamese cities so that’s okay. Room service was great. The location of the property is ideal, as it allows you to explore everything around the lake in matter of minutes. Staff was very helpful and friendly, provided assistance with booking of different tours around Da Lat. The only minus of my stay was the WiFi Internet. It was extremely slow, I had to run on my mobile data for all 3 days. Please fix this to get 10’s!!

It is a great place to stay! The girl from the reception desk was very nice and accommodating. The guy was also nice and accommodating - I think he works the night shifts. The location is nice - right in the city center near the lake. They gave us free water every day. The apartment is nice and clean. I have only one negative comment - didn’t really like how the shower worked, it was difficult to set it to warm water - a few millimeters to the right and it switches to the cold water, a few to the left - it switches back to very hot water. I managed though, but it would be nice if it was easier to use. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
