The room is very comfortable and clean. Close to the city center and I can walk to the lake. There is a nice cafe near this place. I don't need to use international sockets because their sockets are suitable for all types. The receptionist was very helpful throughout my stay here.

The room was shabbier than it looked in photos, some stains on the duvet and towels etc. There was a gap in between our window so it was very cold, we asked the staff for an extra blanket and they simply told us no, even thought there didn’t seem to be many other guests staying at the time.

The location can be very noisy, woke up to music blaring at 5am, not the home stays fault but if you are a light sleeper just keep in mind that u will be woken up at some point

Location was excellent just across the bridge from the Night Market but on a quiet street. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. We could easily walk to/around the lake, the Crazy House and Linh Temple. A huge GO mall/supermarket was cleverly disguised as a giant yellow flower across from the lake within a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The room was modern, though a bit small. It had a kettle and a fridge, and the bathroom was fully equipped. Super friendly staff, close to the main bits and within walking distance to the market.

The room was insanely cold! I visited in December, and I could barely stay in the room and sleep, though the staff provided me with an extra blanket. One day didn't get water, supposed I should have got 2 bottles every day, but maybe not.

Staff were awesome. Bed was comfortable.

The price is cheap and the room is clean enough. Location near the center is very good and the reception lady is very friendly.

- the window was so old and warped that a 1cm wide gap remained open the whole time. Could not be closed. With night temperatures of 14 degrees, the room was really cold at night and in the morning - the wide window gap also meant that it was very loud. City noise, party music and construction noise of nearby building till 2 am - water pressure was by far the worst out of 7 hotels we stayed in. Hardly possible to wash my hair - It took 3 minutes of running water till you got hot water. Then, only 2 temperatures were possible: Boiling hot or, if you moved the handle 2mm to the right, freezing cold - The bed was the hardest we ever had. - there were gaps above the doors. So the whole night we had the hallway light in our room and if the guests next door decided to get up at 7 and play music, we would hear it, too.
