Really nice reception staff. We arrived really early in Dalat and the hotel was happy to store our bags for us until check-in time. The guy at the reception was really lovely and helped us order a nice Vietnamese coffee. The lady was also really nice and gave us some recommendations of food and restaurants to try whilst in Dalat. The room had a really nice view of the street going down to roundabout. Really nice rooms- they also left out toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and hairnets all in their packaging in the bathroom in case you forgot to bring your own. Great location- most of the places are 10-20 minutes walk away

The room was ok. The reason for 1 star is that the owner rented me a scooter which was out of battery and gasoline so the total number of hours I got to use the scooter was like 2 hours and they still charged me for the whole day.

Well situated close to the center so easy access on foot to some places of interest. Staff is attentive. The neighborhood is busy during the day but quiet at night.

Unfortunately, I had to cut my four night stay short by two nights. The reason is because I couldn't sleep due to the incredible hardness of the mattress. I should have read the reviews more closely because another guest also commented on the same topic. The mattress was like sleeping on wood (in my opinion; if you like a very firm mattress maybe it'll work for you,) So, I checked out early and paid the entire bill and went to a different hotel. $30 out of pocket but it was necessary.

The location is in a quiet alley, but still close to the center. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. The TV had Netflix and YouTube. The staff was helpful when we needed to do an early morning checkout.

The owners were particularly nice and welcoming. The room was nice. The location was excellent, 2 minutes away from the night market.

The alley where the hotel is is not the most quiet one.
