River Side Cabin with Hot tub Snowdonia

Lovely and cosy, thought the pod might have been cold with the time of year but was lovely and warm, hot tub all heated for are arrival and the view from the hot tub was stunning

The cabin was mostly comfortable, in a perfect location next to a beautiful river with a very nice Jacuzzi outside. We were able to watch the birds and stars from a really warm hot tub while feeling snow sprinkles coming down on our heads. It was lovely. Magical experience.

The towels and bedding provided we insufficient. I happened to also bring along extra towels, blankets and pillows so it wasn't a major problem for us but would've been otherwise. It would've been nice to have some kind of products there for the shower but it's understandable that other guests may have taken those, and they just haven't been replaced yet.

How clean it was and the location

The chemicals in the Hot tub were too strong. Made my skin sting and had a rash all over me for nearly a week afterwards. Had to get out of the hot tub and couldn't go back in it as my skin was so sore. The main reason we booked the cabin was for the Hot tub so it was really disappointing.

Nice quiet riverside location. About 4 miles from Dolgellau and about a 30 minute walk across the nearby scenic toll bridge to Penmaenpool and the George 3rd hotel which does food. Away from it all. Quite small and cosy so limited storage space but great for one or two nights. Owner sent us excellent directions link via whats app which were spot on as its quite an isolated location. Its got all the facilities you need though for a short stay including the hot tub which worked fine. Greeting tea and coffee etc provided but take your own fresh milk if you prefer that. Great little place, look forward to booking it again soon.

Couldnt seem to get hot water from sink taps but that may have been 'operator error' on our part. Shower was fine though.

Stunning location, very clean and well presented. Hot tub was amazing! It was easy to find & the host was lovely! Will definitely be back.
