Also, once construction begins, those same affected units while still offering ocean front views will no longer be panoramic. Fantastic location on Grace Bay, the room was fantastic with a great view.

Food down at the restaurant was just okay with an inattentive staff.

"We're coming back next year."

Even with the construction next door it was very quiet. The view of the water was the best. Many restaurants close by.

Providenciales needs to allow Uber and Lyft. Taxis were ok.

The property was fantastic. It felt tucked away and private and very well kept!

My only complaint is that it’s not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants other than Indigo- which was exceptional.

"A little piece of paradise!"

Location beach, layout of units, resident cat! Beautiful snorkeling right in front. Staff was great too!

Construction next door--we were warned, but they seemed to be jack-hammering concrete 6-7 days per week. Hopefully will end soon .

"Lovely hotel and beach marred by the loud construction"

Room was nice. Kitchen was nice. Little patio area was nice as well. Beach and water were great. Construction was constant loud and annoying.
