Coral Gardens on Grace Bay

There was no breakfast provided. Breakfast at the restaurant "Somewhere" was the only good food at any meal. The reef just off the beach was pretty good.

It was not a hotel. It was individual condos rented by a management company. There was no lobby, no elevator or bell boys, or concierge. The office was pretty dingy and they were not helpful. There were many lovely hotels nearby and this was the worst property in The Bight. Worst of all was the very loud construction noise next door; only about 200 feet away from our unit. Went on for about 10 hours a day. We anticipated some noise from next door construction, but this was way beyond our worst expectation. We only found out about it AFTER we booked when most properties were full. Really no activities organized by the condos. They told you to look on the internet which was not very helpful or comprehensive. Apparently most properties have concierge staff who are familiar with what is available and know the operators. The on site restaurant was terrible. Lousy Tex-Mex. I would strongly advise against someone booking this place. We'll never never go back!

Clean, close to beach

The bed in room 4301 is too high, need a step stool to get no in bed. Otherwise the property was great!

The location was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit was useful. Management and staff members were helpful and friendly. We saved time and money by eating our breakfasts and lunches in the apartment, but having a restaurant right there when you needed a quick bite or drink was convenient.

The unit we stayed in (2112) was good, but definitely due for some updates and repairs (sliding glass door to patio very hard to open and close, dishwasher falling apart, some furniture worn). Bedroom very light at night. Just FYI - Details for this apartment varied depending on where the info came from - it is two bedrooms (one king, one smaller bed), 2 1/2 baths.

The resort is well located on the beach right in front of a protected reef so the snorkeling was excellent. It is about a two mile on the beach into town which we did daily but a little far to just go whenever. The rooms are spacious and clean. Because they are individually owned they differed from room to room. It was nice to have the restaurant on the beach. Very friendly staff.

The resort really didn't have amenities. It would have been nice to have a coffee shop or a sundry store, gym, etc. There was a pool but most guests seemed to spend their time on the beach.

Large, individually owned units. We rented two of them - one was much more updated than the other. The staff was helpful especially the beach staff. Each day they secured umbrellas and chaise lounges for us on the beach. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful, although they do have limited hours. We enjoyed having the Bight Reef directly in front of us and the Somewhere Cafe was a bonus to have as well.

Although we knew what we signed up for, it would have been nice to have a gym, small coffee shop and a couple of other amenities on the property. Although we had not planned to, we ended up renting a car as most restaurants that we had made reservations at were not walking distance and the taxi's were not as convenient as we were expecting.
