Also, once construction begins, those same affected units while still offering ocean front views will no longer be panoramic. "would stay again ! take the restaurant with a grain!"

location was perfect!! Check-in was great -room ready when we arrived. The staff person that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She showed us to our room and oriented us to everything.

The staff at the restaurant was the biggest hinderence My daughter and I went in to have a snack . We waited 10 minutes- no one came. A couple came in sat down - a server was with them in 3 minutes! We were still waiting. So we decided to leave- ironically we were thanked on our way out!

Great location on Grace Bay - convenient and oceanfront!

It’s a little outdated. The lazy river wasn’t working and I heard that it’s been down over a month. The condo needs to be updated with new fixtures in bathroom.

it’s so close to the beach

pool is very small , lobby is tiny. There is no fitness center.

Room was clean well decorated & beautiful view of the ocean.

No concierge services had to do all on own getting taxi’s & restaurant info. Plus had to beg for help to get hotel to call baggage claim for lost luggage.
