It could’ve been slightly cleaner the room, but other than that all was very good and I do mean slightly cleaner the bathroom floor to me was not the cleanest

First room had pieces of the floor missing, right in the middle or the room, had to go to deck and get another room….after a long day of travel, not fun!! My big disappointment was you only have ONE chair in the rooms and it was a desk chair! I don’t like sitting on the bed to get my feet up. You have people staying longer than a week end….you need comfortable chairs and at least 2 in every room. Trying to ck in, and being very tired, I had to wait for the desk to deal with a customer on the phone trying to make a reservation. That desk should not be for reservations…. Customer service for in house guest only .
USYou suck. We went to the hotel and they did not honor the booking even though we paid. You owe us a refund and an apology. My tel is 215 307 7026. Call today or I will post about your miserable service on Facebook and embarrass you.

USThe staff was incredible. They were very friendly and accommodating. I have food allergies and was not able to eat anything on the breakfast bar. The morning staff found a dairy free milk for me. That made my day!
The second night was horrible. I had an early morning appointment on Saturday morning and there was a party or something right by me. I am not a prude and want people to have fun but they were so loud until after 1 am. I called the front desk several times from my room and no one answered. I also called the main phone number from my cell phone and no one answered. I was literally in tears as I tried to go to sleep knowing that I had to get so early.
