"Highly recommended!"

Very nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, great location. Wifi worked well, hot shower was available 24/7. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Samarkand!

Nothing as I didn't stay there . As soon I arrived my room was booked out :( they transferred me as I seen not just me tired after a very long trip to another guesthouse fir same price with much lower class and facilities I booked for

"Inconvenient stay"

Nothing much I liked

The staff at reception are not professional. The exchange rate is very low compared to other places! The service is bad (I have asked for pillows and they didn’t have). The location is inconvenient (between buildings in narrow alley)
