The room was quite big and clean, The reception agent is friendly and helpful, Location in the middle of all main attractions (up to 20 mins by walk), The temperature was ok, not too hot, not too cold.

No window in our room, the TV set out of order, Some parts of the room need renovation.

The location was excellent. Within walking distance from the main Registan square. Taxis were easily available on yandex. The hosts were extremely kind and helped us when we asked for a room change.

The breakfast could have been better. We had it only on one day of our 3 day stay. Also they overcharged us for the airport transfer that we requested, overcharged us so high that it kind of spoiled it for us, once we got to know the actual charges.

Excellent breakfast with wide selection and fresh baked goods, room was nice with comfy bed, quiet and excellent WiFi. Location very convenient to major attractions. Nothing not to like. Young manager was very friendly and helpful calling us a taxi to the airport etc. Brilliant stay.

Perfect location. Kind young man at the desk that is open 24/7. There was a problem with the exchange rate when I wanted to pay in sum which he fixed. Plus he helped me get a cab to the airport.

Although advertised as such, my room did not have a bathtub (I was told none of the rooms have one). The heater did not function and water from the shower was lukewarm. The breakfast did hardly offer vegetarian options and no effort was made to customize this, so although already paid for I skipped breakfast the second day.

Atmospheric location, excellent staff, great comfort.
