Hotel met my expectation well

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First of all, the beds in the room were extremely dirty, and after just one night, my eyes turned red. The pillows were equally unclean, making my stay very unpleasant. What's worse is the terrible attitude of the hotel staff. I couldn't understand why they were so unfriendly. The front desk was constantly giving us a hard time, especially during check-in. We had booked one triple room and one double room, but when we arrived at the hotel, they mistakenly gave us a double room. We had explicitly booked a triple room, but it seemed like our request was not taken seriously. Even during the check-out process, they made it difficult for us to pay. To add to the disappointment, the triple room didn't even have a window. When I asked the front desk why the room had no window, their explanation was baffling. They claimed they couldn't update information about rooms without windows on their platform, which didn't make any sense. What's even worse is that despite having available rooms, they refused to move us to a better one.

The staff was very polite and helpful. If you are looking for ONLY a budget stay, this place is good.

Do not expect too much!! The breakfast was just about average but when I saw unused food from guest's plates being put away for future use that brings in a big question mark on the ethics of the hotel overall. That was a big turn off. There was no hot water in the morning and I had to inform them several times about the same.

Very friendly and central

Attention ... The room had just a window to the stairway hall .. which wasn't a problem while I was in Samarkand because it was nice and cool. Brilliant breakfast! Thank you to the cooking lady!
