The Farm Shop

Nice and decent hotel at a good price. Rooms were freshly renovated and super clean! For dinner we had great steaks and vegetables from the farm including beer and wine for 20€ per person. Breaktfast with bread, homemade jams, coffee and fresh fruit was included. Great farm to table concept.

Room and bathroom were very spacious. The food was excellent. The owners are welcoming and very easy to chat with. Decor is superb in the bar area.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es war eine ganz herzliche Atmosphäre und die beiden humorvollen und unterhaltsamen Gastgeber haben uns mit sehr leckerem, selbst angebauten Essen und tollen Tipps versorgt und sogar eine Museumsführung für uns organisiert. Auch unsere Kinder haben sich super wohl gefühlt und die selbst angebauten Bananen und Papayas genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen Zwischenstopp in Grootfontein!

Herzliche und unterhaltsame Gastgeber

Wir hatten 2 deluxe Doppelzimmer, die neu gebaut und top ausgestattet waren. Die beiden Betreiber empfangen und sehr freundlich zum Abendessen. Wir saßen in einem wunderschönen Raum mit festlich gedeckter Tafel. Der Kamin brannte und es gab Essen aus eigenem Anbau. 10/10 - mehr guter Geschmack geht nicht! Das Gleiche gilt für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen: Selbstgebackenes Brot mit Marmeladen aus dem Hofladen beglückten uns. Wir bestellten noch Omlettes und Rührei dazu - alles sehr lecker. Beim Checkout kauften wir noch Physalis- und Papya-Marmelade als Souvenirs.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

Guesthouse au sein d'une ferme ; les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons pu échanger longuement durant le dîner. Dîner plutôt bon, varié avec de la viande locale et des légumes du jardin, très appréciable. Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable.

Repas du soir très cher Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, nous avons pourtant essayé les 2 côtés du robinet Ils ne prennent pas la carte, spécifié sur booking mais il faut chercher l'info, pensez à prendre du cash Nous sommes dans une ferme donc assez bruyant le matin avec les animaux
