Friendly staff, good location, reasonable price.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs pushing through. The fan in the bathroom was quite loud, and it ran continuously, even when the bathroom was not in use. That, along with the lumpy mattress, didn't support a good nights sleep.

Good location Cleanliness

Having to scan my passport and the other guest's passport to finalise the booking, as I am struggling with the technology. I should have at least been made aware that I would have to do this before my booking was confirmed by Booking.com.
