Como es una residencia de estudiantes a veces había mucho ruido en los pasillos o zonas comunes

horrible - key service down waited for ages, asked to stay in room pick up keys after one hour - rubbish. i booked 14 days i booked 14 days i stayed at the ensuites 2 nights, because it was noisy. 12 days i stayed in hotel i have the hotel receipts no refunded me up to now very bad service. they keep sending repetitive emails refund my money now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! give my money period!!!!!

The location is amazing, and the building is really cool. Good value, too.

My key card stopped working on Saturday, and they didn't manage to make it work again, so the staff had to open my door to me until Monday, when I checked out.

The property has amazing facilities, including a gym and very comfortable hotel rooms. The staff is very nice and very helpful.

My room had not been cleaned at all before I moved in and the cleanliness of the hallways and kitchen were not up to standard. The location is very close to the centre which is great, but it is close to a park where many homeless and druggies hang out.

Not that I don't like but it is a student accommodation so it wouldn't be as comfy as you book a studio or apartment. It was a shared flat with a shared kitchen, and sometimes you can hear noises from other rooms. Again it is a student accommodation, hence it has this typical student accommodation smell especially in the corridor and kitchen, but not in the room.
