Nothing good.

The hotel management are crooks. They do not tell the customers (and this is not clear from the website) that the rooms are for students only. This way they steal money from customers as it's not returnable fee.

Paid for accommodation been here 4 times, after paying and couple of days before the date my accommodation was cancelled because I am not a student and also no refund or exceptions. Thanks for letting me know 👍

Layout, facilities. The clear constant investment in the building to keep it in good condition

A nice little welcome pack or something would have been nice. Something which states facilities , any ‘who to call’ numbers ect

The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The common kitchen area is very dirty and needs to be inspected.
