Kitchen contemporary and very clean. Rooms were contemporary. Terrace on the top the floor of block E (I believe) which is really rare in student accommodations. Met some great people.

More Bedding and fitted sheets needed in the rooms. Washing machines impossible to use because you have to use an app that doesn't work.

Room was small but had everything you need. Secure access, friendly staff. Close to transport and shopping options.

Just for travellers to be aware that check in times are set, so need to plan accordingly.

The appartments are at a reasonable location. The rooms are practical and clean. Lots of space for storage. Beds are comfortable. Nice there is a shared kitchen, but the kitchenware is scarce.

There is no switch for the bathroom light, it turns on together with the extractor fan with a detector. Light turns off when you are showering and you have to open the shower door and move to turn it on again.

Very noisy- contraction work starting at 8am everyday even Saturdays. Twice the contracts knocked on my door to wake me up at 7 am to do the fire door and fit a shower head. Noise from students partying till 3 am and from guests coming back till 2 am every night. No soundproofing whatsoever. Dirty- they said they would clean every 6 days but wasn’t done and every time I ask they’d get really rude about it and then ignore me- had to complain every single time through booking. The lift was broken the day I was moving my things out of the property and I had to go down three flights of stairs with luggage and the whole staff refused to help me with my things. The lift stayed broken for 24 hours with no attempt to help or compensate me. My back was killing me. They made booking call me 5 days before my check out to get me to check out the same day they called because I was complaining about the noise and lack of cleanliness- I said I can’t check out right now I don’t have another place to stay. booking said find somewhere else then contact us again to refund you the rest of the stay- so I did only for them to refuse to refund me for the rest of the days and even go as far as ask for £28k to reduce the days!

Quiet place, with all the facilities you may need, 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Bristol, well connected by public transport to various areas. Very comfortable, convenient, and modern. Highly recommended.
