Yes, it is clearly and nice view.

A bit noisy all the time, so I closed all windows when I was sleeping, it is uncomfortable during the summer.

Was denied check-in because my proof of student status was rejected only 24 hours before my stay. The accommodation should have asked for student evidence far earlier before my stay so that I would have had time to sort student evidence with my university. I was forced to book emergency accommodation else where for two weeks because of this which was very expensive.

Good location.

Although marketed as a studio flat, and there was a hob, fridge and microwave, there were absolutely no kitchen utensils or items. Not so much as a glass, mug or basic cutlery. Also no kettle. Extremely stuffy with no active ventilation in either the bedroom or bathroom, and the window opened onto a busy courtyard. Poorly fitted door let in significant amount of light from the hallway. Full of students and had a strange, lingering smell in the hallways.

No avisen de que és allotjament d'estudiants. Relació qualitat preu pèssima: no hi havia res a la habitació. Ni bosses de basura col·locades, ni un plat o coberts o estris per cuinar, ni una escombra del vàter, penja-robes... Tampoc una tetera o res de cortesia. El llit és molt incòmode, a la nit se sentia molt soroll. L'espai no estava ben netejat, i el lavabo és molt petit. El llum del lavabo s'apaga mentre et dutxes i és perillós. No hi tornaria ni regalat.

Lo bueno de la propiedad es que por el precio podes tener una habitación con un baño privado.

Apenas llegué, la habitación tenia olor a cigarrillo (el olor venia de afuera) y cada vez que abría la ventana entraba el mismo olor. En la parte de afuera de la ventana estaba lleno de mugre y todo muy sucio, con telarañas y basura acumulada. No hay cesto de basura en la habitación, ni me habían dado papel higiénico. Al ser una residencia estudiantil, la cocina estaba increíblemente sucia y con olor desagradable. En la recepción casi nunca podia encontrar a alguien que me atienda. Muy ruidoso en todo momento ya que la habitación daba a la calle.

A acomodação me surpreendeu positivamente! É melhor do que nas fotos! Muito espaçosa, com lavanderia, sala de estudos, copa e cozinha bem equipadas, jardim, terraço, além de uma equipe maravilhosa, super atenciosa e receptiva! As áreas comuns são muito bem decoradas e completas, o que traz uma sensação de aconchego. O quarto é grande, a cama confortável, o chuveiro quentinho. Foi uma grata surpresa pode me hospedar em um ambiente tão agradável. No começo, não gostei da localização, mas depois entendi que o transporte público era bem próximo e que havia várias opções de cafés, lojas e até um shopping próximo. A rodoviária fica a uns 10 minutos à pé. Excelente acomodação para estudantes.

O exaustor do banheiro fica ligado o tempo todo. A geladeira da copa e o tapete estavam sujos.

Location was great and in an awesome and authentic neighbourhood, close to busstops and the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful - they arranged for me to change my room due to unforeseen circumstances (loud noice). The room was comfortable and very suitable for a solo traveller.

Very loud noice and techno music from an outdoor night club. I originally had a room facing this outdoor arra, but staff helped me move to another room as it was impossble to get any sleep. Cleaning could be better - there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower and also a clogged drain.
