The location is great and also the building is nice. Friendly staff.

The mattress is awful! Room had no bin, I didn’t have even a small bin to place trash. And too noise, it seems that during the night is noisier than during the day. A lot of people talking loud, being noise, slamming doors. Had to use earbuds to sleep.

La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de la estación de autobuses, aunque si que es verdad que para volver por la noche hay que pasar por unos túneles que no es muy recomendable tarde. El personal muy agradable, nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes y después del check out

Las zonas comunes no estaban limpias, el ascensor estaba muy sucio y los pasillos también, al igual que la nevera de la habitación, que incluso tenía comida de la persona que estaba anteriormente. El colchón era muy incómodo. No tenía casi utensilios de cocina, una cacerola y algún plato pero nada de cubiertos ni vasos, por lo que si quieres cocinar difícil

I really loved the location of the accommodation, very close to city centre and bus station. My partner and I felt safe. Nice modern and minimal decoration, very confortable and fully equipped. The team was really helpful.

Next time I would like to see more clean common spaces.

L'estudi en el que ens hem quedat estava molt bé, net i en bon estat. El personal ha sigut molt amable i ens han ajudat, ens han proporcionat un coixí extra... L'habitació tenia doble finestra, amb la qual cosa no molestava gens el soroll del carrer. Està molt ben situat i és modern i nou. Teníem cuina i bany en bon estat també. És un lloc ideal per quedar-se i visitar Bristol, per molt bon preu! Té molts serveis a disposició de qui els necessite: espais comuns, llavadora i rentadora, gimnàs...

De bon matí a partir de les 7 ja t'havies de despertar perquè hi havia treballadors anant amunt i avall i les portes d'incendis feien molt de soroll en tancar-se i estaven molt prop de la nostra habitació. El ventilador del bany era automàtic i sempre estava en marxa, no es podia parar, molestava un poc però és suportable, al final t'hi acostumes.

La posizione è ottima , davvero in centro . Il rapporto qualità- prezzo molto buono ed ha molti servizi nella struttura, oltre alla reception attiva h24 molto comoda . Ho viaggiato da sola e mi sono sentita sicura , sia per la zona sia per l'ambiente

La pulizia, ho trovato macchie che non sto a specificare sia sul muro che sulla tenda . Soprattutto su quest'ultima, tanto che mi sono rifiutata di tirarla giù da quanto era sporca

En general todo bien.Buena ubicación. Personal amable. Nos guardaron el equipaje después del checkout sin coste. Tienen servicio de cortesía tanto de té como de café.

La limpieza es mejorable, así como el estado del colchón y las sábanas. El ruido del extractor del baño, constantemente en funcionamiento, es muy molesto. Aunque entendemos que es un edificio preparado para estudiantes, en época de verano y para otros huéspedes, deberia de incluirse algo de menaje de cocina.

I do realise this is a student accomodation rented out for the summer, but unfortunately my experience wasn't good. I checked in and was shown to my room. I unpacked my case and was just getting into the shower when someone knocked on my door to told me they had given me the wrong room. This was annoying because i had to pack everything up again and move to a different room, and dussapointing because the other room was sub-par. The shared kitchen was un-usable. There was peoples things EVEEYWHERE and the kettle was so dirty I didn't dare touch it. The living area/kitchen was covered in IKEA bags, clothes, random items. The kitchen was an absolute mess. In the morning there was drilling, hammering and leaf blowing at 8.15am, which was extremely noisy. luckily for me I was up at this time but it was still disturbing. The beds aren't particularly comfortable and it would be nice to know that there is no toilet roll or bins provided when you arrive. The stay was very disappointing, I didn't sleep well the whole time.

Location

The room next door was under renovation during our stay, which meant loud construction noise, dust, long cables and dirt everywhere. There was even a power cut at one point while we were trying to work. We received no prior warning about these works. The property appears to be trying to maximise profit by renting out student accommodation over the summer as hotel rooms, but they are simply not equipped for this purpose. We had to cut our stay short because the conditions did not meet even basic standards, and we were forced to book last-minute alternative accommodation. The manager assured us of a full refund, but it’s now been three weeks with no payment and no response to my messages. This was a highly disappointing experience, both in terms of facilities and customer service. I cannot recommend this property.

The location was absolutely perfect, near the bus stops/ the city centre (easy walking distance). The staff was lovely! Had very clear instructions to get there and throughout my stay. The room was very confortable and nice. Loved the neighbourhood. Felt like home ! Thank you so much :)

The shared kitchen was very dirty I didn’t use it because of that and it was not well equipped either so that’s a shame especially on a long stay I asked for my room to be cleaned after 6 days (stayed for 2 weeks) and no one came A bit noisy especially during the weekend (people partying and shouting in the corridors and from their rooms) The bathroom lacked a toilet brush and a small bin (I brought my own bin bags)
