buffets, piscines, plage, accueil des gens, cocktails, repas, propreté, contrôle checkpoint, zone sécurisé

Les transats à la piscine "réservé" par des gens qui laisse leur serviette sur celui-ci sans jamais l'utiliser, (du n'importe quoi), explications des taxes pour les excursions de 15$ par personnes et non par excursion pour les sites historiques, et notre guide francophone absent qui était malade le jour J pour l'excursion, dommage (même si celui-ci parlait un petit peu français :-)

"Excelente atención del personal"

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene acceso directo a la playa y caminando desde allegro aproximadamente 15 a 20 mim caminando a la quinta av, el personal es muy amable.

Lamentablemente el frigobar no funcionó, fueron arreglarla lo cual duro un día.

"Tranquilidad a pie de playa"

El trato del personal inmejorable. Acceso a la playa desde el hotel. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones tranquilas.

Estaba todo perfecto, por decir algo simplemente que se nota un poco que tiene sus años.

- chambre de bonne taille, frigo réapprovisionné tous les jours, coffre et grande penderie. Le must : le hamac sur la terrasse ! - les extérieurs sont impeccablement tenus, les agoutis / singes / iguanes et oiseaux de toute sorte s'y prélassent - les piscines sont propres, la température est extra - le spectacle "Cirque" style cabaret était d'un très bon niveau

- goût du café en général très moyen et viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner diversifiées mais un peu sèches

"Excelente ubicación y playa con poco sargazo a un precio justo"

Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y la calidad de su playa. A pesar de ser temporada de sargazo, esta zona estaba mucho más limpia que otras, lo cual nos permitió disfrutar del mar. Es una opción económica excelente si el plan de viaje es pasar la mayor parte del tiempo fuera aprovechando los parques y tours, ya que cumple perfectamente como base de descanso.

Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y las opciones de entretenimiento y alimentación son algo limitadas. Sin embargo, se entiende que es un hotel de concepto económico de 4 estrellas, por lo que la relación calidad-precio es justa
