El buffet superó mis expectativas, tenían variedad de platillos locales. Comí muchos chilaquiles jeje La cama de la habitación también era bastante cómoda y el baño lo entregaron bastante limpio. La playa estaba limpia, libre de sargazo y el agua era bastante clara. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros.

Lastimosamente yo y mi esposo tenemos alergias respiratorias y el techo de paja de las habitaciones nos afectó mucho. Intentamos ver varias habitaciones pero todas tenían un olor a moho o madera podrida que nos causó irritación de nariz y garganta, mi esposo terminó con una infección de garganta.

el detalle solo de la lampara de m habitación el foco del techo no prendía y la tv no la pudimos prender, aunque no tuvo relevancia pues todo el día estuvimos fuera de la habitación

Emplacement parfait, personnel super! L’ambiance dans l’hôtel est top, ont s’y sens vite chez nous. De bonnes activités la journée et la plages et incroyable.

La propreté des chambres… mon matelas était moisi, une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre permanente. Aucune pression également au niveau de l’eau que ce soit à la douche ou au toilette, ça couler goûte par goûte.

The villas has 4 rooms in each one

The food at the hotel because was of bad quality, overcooked, some items were old and the smell was not good. My son had a stomach upset. The shower in the morning was cold even though kept in hot for a couple of minutes. Th rooms were small. Thank you!

Essen war sehr gut!

Wir sind am 2. Tag von unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer in ein anderes Umgezogen weil ein lauter Generator draußen vor dem Zimmer stand! Neues Zimmer hat Nach Kanalgeruch gestunken, und die Toilettenspülung und Ablauf funktionierten nicht! Nachdem wir es täglich reportet haben wurde es endlich am 4. Tag behoben, nachdem wir ein bisschen Aufstand an der Rezeption gemacht haben! Das dürfte für eine Art Resort dieser Klasse nicht passieren sondern muss gleich repariert werden. Sauberkeit im Bad speziell Dusche (Duschschlauch) und Waschbecken! Nachschulung der Mitarbeiter auf mehr Sauberkeit wäre dringend empfohlen! Auch in den öffentlichen WC Anlagen im Resort das gleiche mit der Sauberkeit!
