"location is beautiful, accommodations clean, but run down. place needs a renovation. AC didn’t work."

beach was gorgeous.

i changed my reservation to one person two weeks before my stay and they wouldn’t honor it. they wouldn’t let me checkin without paying for 2 people despite it only being me and i had confirmation. they still owe me the price difference. accommodations run down staff super friendly other than at reception where they would not honor my modification air conditioning didn’t work and it took them 4 days to change my room.

La atención del personal y la limpieza.

Las habitaciones muy chicas y muy pocos restaurantes. Hay un dia que solo funciona el buffet en la noche y si no vas temprano son colas de personas para comer. Poca variedad de platos al mediodía. Sería bueno que al mediodía abriera el buffet que abre en la noche, por si uno no desea comer hot dog o hamburguesas.
