Die einzelnen Häuser des Resorts sind in einer sehr gepflegten Parkanlage angeordnet. Der breite Sandstrand befindet sich unmittelbar am Resort. Es gibt viele kostenfreie Liegen unter den Palmen am Strand.

The staff was generally very good. The facilities are pretty nice although they did have to close the pool bar for renovations while we were there

Klimatyzacja wymaga przeglądu i czyszczenia, nie można było używać ponieważ śmierdziało grzybami, w jednym pokoju była siatka na komary w drugim nie przez co trzeba było spać przy zamkniętych oknach

The property grounds are well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

First, Booking.com shows pictures of bright open rooms, unfortunately we got a dark old gloomy room with furniture from 30 years ago. Very misleading and that’s a discussion we’ll be having soon. The worst customer experience occurs daily. The only way to make dinner reservations is in person after 10am. You go to a desk in the lobby that’s manned by one person. You should see the line at 9:15. Who would want to do this daily? What resort would ask their guest to do this daily? Might be time to get with the times!

L’hôtel est globalement bien équipé et plutôt propre. En revanche, en tant que couple, nous l’avons trouvé assez calme, voire désert : peu ou pas d’animations, et aucune réelle ambiance le soir. Il n’y a pas grand-chose à faire une fois la journée terminée. Le centre de Playa del Carmen se situe à environ 30 minutes à pied. L’hôtel dispose de deux piscines, mais elles ne sont pas très grandes. Concernant le buffet, le choix est correct mais peu varié sur la durée. De plus, comme souvent dans ce type d’établissement, certains clients se ruent sur la nourriture, ce qui peut être désagréable. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Si vous êtes logés à un étage, il est possible d’entendre les voisins (ronflements, sèche-cheveux, etc.). Enfin, le soir, certaines personnes parlent très fort dans les allées de l’hôtel sans toujours respecter le repos des autres clients.
