Darwin Stays - Service Accommodation in Newcastle under Lyme City Centre

Same dirt and debris on the bathroom floor that was in the room when I previously stayed (overlooked at the time as an oversight). Tumble drier and washing machine noise and vibration disturbed stay on two of the days spent in the room. Request to move room denied. Unnecessarily disturbed by domestic staff knocking on the door whilst I was sleeping post night shift. Security worrying as other persons staying in the property left doors improperly closed and unlocked at all times.

Another conversion of a large house into tiny rooms with small shower. Heat was off most of the day, and the radiators were only warn in the evenings. Had trouble receiving the check in info. Kitchen was fully equipped except with any table or cair to sit.

The bed is a small double. Pillows were lacking as too thin.

The rooms were always well cleaned and so was the property. It was ideal for our needs and being in the town centre made it perfect. Our hosts Justin and Christy were fabulous, very friendly and polite and saw that all our needs were met.

We couldn't get the toaster working and occasionally the Wi-Fi dropped out but other than that, it was great.
