"Worst staycation"

None. Worst staycation experience

The owner charged me because of a lamp. The lamp is not in good condition (bulok na yung kahoy na stand) when we arrived. I messaged the owner that it suddenly fell even though we are not touching the lamp. The lamp fell because of the rotten wood stand. We were charged because they had a rotten wood lampshade that broke during our stay there. So unfair. There are personal things in the living room. The living room has only one seat. CR has a foul smell; it needs more cleaning. Wifi is so slow, started with no signal, then so slow connection. The towels provided to us are "butas butas", it looked like a rag. Good thing that we only stayed for 5 hours. This is our worst and most unfair staycation experience.

The pool is so clean and wide,kids enjoyed it and luckily they are open Monday,because usually they are closed during Monday.

The host is unresponsive so rude,the place is nt clean,they knew that they are expecting guest but the place is nt clean even mirror, the rice cooker is nt working from one of the apartment we stay in,also the cabinet is nt open wc the host sd nt included on booking,wifi connection is too slow,if you don't want to get disappointed on ur staycation I highly suggest nt to book this place

Property is accessible and easy to be located

The property manager mobile number is not reachable at all. The room staff does not provide their number despite explaining that the property manager is not reachable at all. TV set is not working. Wifi has no connectivity. Some of the beddings have foul odor.

"Kinda disppointed."

Cheap and very accessible.

Door not working. Ive been trying the keycards for almost 10mins. They need to transfer us to other room without informing the guard in the lobby. Thats why we were hold when were back from outside. We cant contact the owner. We were both tired and we had lot of works to do but still need to wait for the reply for their authorization. This is not my first time in Cityland and thats why this stay is disappointing. Hope you be better next time. So hassle ☹️
