Overall i didn’t find anything i like because our room is stinky and not clean, beddings stink and the living room full of boxes of owners stuff, you rented the whole place including the living room but you couldn’t use the living room. The one chair the had the legs is broken almost hurt my son, good thing the caretaker is still there, and she wouldn’t throw out the broken chair, she insisted that we can just put it on top of their boxes and they ask us a 1 thousand deposit each room. Very upsetting I couldn’t recommend this residential condo. Also to remind everyone that the parking lot and even the front of the condo even the front desk is stinky of their sewer. We had to hold our breath going in and out the area as soon as you come down you smell that sewage right away around the building.

The staffs unprofessionalism

(i) the message I received from Booking.com specified the need to have PRTCR as one of the requirements for admission which I received late at night. Though I thought this was a mistake, it pushed me to call different numbers of Citi land agents to validate if this still stands. Booking.com should already take this out or update their messages. (2) I was asked for a One Thousand deposit, which I also read in the message by Booking.Com and reiterated by the attendant. No problem with me giving a deposit. However, when I asked for a provisional receipt that they receive the One Thousand from me, they said there is no need for a receipt. When I complained and argued, the agent told me that If I don't trust them, I can easily waive my stay and refund me immediately and look for another place to stay. Imagine telling me that late afternoon. (3) There were plenty times I was trying to call the agent so that I could clearly clarify issues - where to get the key, who will open, where will I proceed but she kept putting off the call. She explained she was busy but surely, she should be able to take on the call as I am one their customers as well. (4) The sink faucet in the toilet is not functioning, some electric sockets can no longer be used.
