Pool and the viewdeck

recently stayed at your hotel with my family to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The WiFi was unreliable were able to use it just 2 hrs and the rest of the hours until we checkout was no connection, the bidet in the bathroom was leaking, the towel rack in the shower room was broken, and the induction cooktop and rice cooker in the room were not working properly. Despite these issues, we had hoped to make the most of our stay for my daughter's special day. However, the problems we encountered made it difficult for us to enjoy our time. We had to spend extra time fixing some of the issues ourselves, which took away from our relaxation and celebration. I hope you will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your services and amenities. We look forward to a better experience if we stay with you in the future. We would rather stay at other hotels nearby, like SMDC where we had a great experience before.

Nothing

First if all, their chat support took so long to reply. The furnitures are broken, wifi not working, water fron the toilet is not stable and the shower is broken. It is reaslly a traumatic experience.
