location was great. close to town with restaurants.

no staff available. couldn't get into room because was given a unit number. texting the contact number was useless and unresponsive. SCAM.... the apartment had a taped up shower hose. on check out staff tried to say we damaged the shower head and must settle. no collection or area for garbage 🗑️. garbage pilesup.

We stayed in the 20th floor and the view was exceptional.

The room were dirty, I saw cockroaches inside. We booked 4 people in the room but they only provide us 2 towels.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We were actually quite excited about our staycation, but the experience was not at all what the listing promised. The unit was full of tiny cockroaches, which made the entire place feel dirty and unpleasant. The Wi-Fi connection was very slow and inconsistent—far from ideal for anyone who needs to work or even watch a show. The air conditioning is not that cold. Additionally, the plates and cutlery were dirty upon arrival, which was a big letdown. The area itself was also significantly smaller than anticipated—there was not much space for five people, even though it was marketed as holding that many. Overall, it was not worth the cost and certainly not for its listing. Would not recommend unless serious adjustments are made.

No wifi, the owner is not responsive, there were a lot of small roaches.. It was a staycation kids were expecting to just relax and chill, based on the ada there was supposedly wifi but none, then there was no signal at all as well..
