Location and price. Staff were wonderful!

Rooms need remodeling. Door had been kicked in and only partially fixed. Air conditioner did not work. Outside Monsoon effects were still in need of cleanup.

"For the price point this hotel was fabulous!"

The gentleman working the desk when we checked in was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our room was acceptable before we even stepped foot into it!

AC was rather loud and there was hair in the shower when we arrived.
