Inn at Joshua Tree

We initial got a handicapped room which the shower was broken. We got moved to another room but the shower water wouldn't turn hot. The staff told us to leave on for 20 mins but took 30 mins to get warmed. The bedding and wood floor were dirty. Our first morning of breakfast didn't have spoon or bowls. The staff said management didn't buy any. Breakfast food was bad. The gym, pool, and soa were closed. We would've left but our rooms were Non-Refundable. The staff didn't care and are just workers. Will not be back!

Good location, the staff were nice enough.

The hotel had changed ownership/names, so the old name was still up, which made it very confusing to find it even though it’s on the main road. It was like a ghost town when we checked in. There was construction equipment, pallets… things were a mess. We were the only ones there. On the second day we did see another group. The carpet was dirty and there was food under both the beds.

No hot water--took 20+ minutes to get hot. Rooms not clean. Husband came how with bedbug bites. Breakfast the second day was nothing . . . no spoons even because they "were waiting on a shipment." Unacceptable--drive to the local grocery store and buy some spoons and fruit. And BED BUGS! never staying here again.

Very clean and the staff was so nice

The hot tub was not working and that is why we booked this location. The room had a very pungent smell of cleaning product.
