Great location. Parking available. Convenient. Wheelchair accessible. Quiet. Clean. Working washing machine.

Apartment could do with an update. Tea/ Coffee making facilities absent.

The location

Advertised a pool. The pool had been closed for maintenance (for our entire stay )before we booked.

Good location and spacious and comfortable apartment. Initial comms from host were good. Host also responded well to WiFi query on arrival (clear instructions would easily avoid the need for any comms though).

We paid for a property with a pool (in Jan 2025). The pool was unavailable (since October 2024 “until further notice”), yet neither the property description nor the price had not been modified to reflect its absence. That is disingenuous and was disappointing. The washing machine was not fully operational- you couldn’t just set it off and it would wash the clothes. It had to be babysat and separately prompted to ‘wash’, then ‘rinse’, then ‘spin’ - that was really frustrating. It could have been us not knowing how to operate it…we asked the host but didn’t get a response on this, nor were there any instructions. I’m perfectly capable of operating washing machines, so suspect a flaw with the machine. Again no cost reduction!

The apartment is in a very good location at the riverbank, close to the city center. Nice view from the balcony, pretty big space. The owner helped to rent a car at a very good price.

The room wasn't very clean, we shared that, and heard back cleaning happened before, but apparently the cleaning service didn't do a very good job here. Biggest regret - the swimming pool at the roof was under the maintenance exactly that week when we were in - unfortunately, no info about that when we were doing the booking.

The location was very central with waterfront viewing.
