very good location and spacious clean apartment with access to a pool

the air conditioner in main living area didn't work and it's a hot and humid place. We were given detailed instruction inc video on how to turn on the kitchen tap which was very useful but omitted to say that the tap would then run for up to 20 mins every time you used the water filter- this was unexpected & worrying and also quite annoying to have to listen to it. Would have been useful to tell us that the shower hot water has to be turned on with special switch. No instructions for using shower which has a box with 2 dials & 3 buttons. After booking we were not provided with the exact address, only a pin in Google maps and had to work it out. - rather a waste of our time and unnecessary stress for a simple omission.

Having a whole 2-room apartment to ourselves was fantastic - much better than being cooped up in hotel rooms. The location is amazing - right on the waterfront, overlooking the river, with easy walking access to everything in the centre of town. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great communication by the host, who provided clear, detailed instructions for our stay. The swimming pool on the roof was a wonderful bonus too!

Rather old and rundown building; the small driveway at the front was congested, which made dropping off and picking up quite difficult. There was a small leak in one of the bathrooms when we visited, but it wasn't a big problem.

The location was great, very exceptional I would say. It was near to tourist's attraction places and lots of great foods nearby. I got an apartment with a really nice view of river, Kampung Boyan and half of the city centre. The facilities in the apartment such as tv, air-conditioning, and lightings were all functioning and in good condition. Not to forget they really have some nice designs for the apartment although it's quite old-fashioned. The instructions provided by the owner was made through the WhatsApp and it was clear with lots of pictures. Just follow the instructions and you'll be great. I really love the patio concept provided for us to enjoy the great city view at night or early in the morning. So refreshing and relaxing.

Here's the drills. I stayed here for 5 days with my family members. The apartment consists of 2 bathroom and kitchen area. All the pipelines were shared throughout the house. If we used one bathroom for showering or doing our business, the other bathroom and the kitchen area will definitely gets A REALLY LOW WATER PRESSURE. The staff already look through upon the issues, but they don't take any action towards it because the owner thought that we still have 'water flows' in our unit as long as we used the water efficiently . It was really low pressure that made us not comfortable at all for showering and doing our businesses(even the washing machine needs to take 2 hours to finish washing the laundry because of the water problem). Imagine that we need to share a house with our family members with only one functional bathroom that has low water pressure, it will definitely not worth our money to spend here anyway. Please, it would be delightful if the owner can do something about this issue otherwise this apartment will be perfect. Get some water pump for rm200 or something to fix it as soon as possible.

Fantastic location, central by river. Spacious apartment, lovely view from balcony. Great host Leslie in regular contact on Whatsapp if we needed anything. Washing machine and clothes drying horse was helpful too.

Nothing major… But no soap in either bathroom to wash hands. Kitchen tap drips after using water purifier machine which is a bit annoying. Quite a lot of dust on shelves and in general…
