Fantastic location, great air con and comfortable bed

good view of the riverbank room & spaces were adequate, aircond every room in good condition, kitchen tools available

-a bit smelly especially coridor towards the room & lobby , don’t know type of smell mix with ciggarete smell -old water dispenser , ambient water only , nor cold & hot

The unit was comfy. The facility were adequate for a few night stay. Read up on the guidebook supplied by Leslie to familiarise yourself on how to use some of the equipments. The unit was quite near to the main lift & service lift making it easier to get in & out. Especially when you have lots of luggages. The view was lovely. Comfy beds. Washer machine was an added bonus. Free parking. We were lucky to be able to witness the Gawai parade during our visit. Happened right outside our apartment building. We were lucky we drove out before the whole road was closed for the day 😂 Had to park opposite the road & walk to get back to our unit. Lots of attractions & shops within walking distance.

- didn't have blackout curtains for master bedroom & living room. As the sun can get quite bright early in the morning (6 am) - can get quite noisy if the sliding doors are open as there is an open karaoke place across the river. All day singing 😂 - cigarettes smell in the common area between units

it is very easy access to waterfront and town, very easy to find the way around from the hotel, it is very nice view from the hotel

swimming pool isnt deep enough for adult and the gym equipment is less and old.

The location was amazing, with views along the river and walking distance to all the sights. Balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning in living area and both bathrooms. The owner assisted with early access.

The cleaning was sub par. The second bathroom had not been cleaned. The unit was dusty. Previous guests toiletries left around. Shirts in cupboard. No clean sponges or tea towels. Just a wet dirty torn up towel. But…. It didn’t take long to clean and the location made up for it!
