What a beautiful home, attention to detail with the decor really living up to the name of the alpine lodge. Its location was perfect, amongst nature, so it was really peaceful but close by to local shops and eateries. It was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and relaxing. We met Julie the host and she was really friendly.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the alpine cottage. It’s clean, cosy and well appointed. The host is very welcoming and helpful. It is a short walk into Garstang along the canal

"Superb"

The location was very idyllic, in the middle of nowhere surrounded by the wonderful countryside. The local shops where only 3 mins down the road. Thank you for letting us stay . A perfect venue to celebrate our wedding anniversary and father's day.

The only two things we would suggest. 1. WiFi connection was very slow or non existent. 2. Maybe a small shutter/curtain over the front door window.
