Comfortable bed and the location.

En suite could do with updating, beginning to look slightly grubby. Trip hazard between ensuite floor and bedroom floor.

Good location, we booked due to my partner completing a half marathon near the park. Bars and restaurants near by and some shops within a five minute walk. Five minute walk from the park/tropical world. Plenty of car parking on site or off. The establishment no longer does breakfast but in the welcome email they provide recommendations which is really helpful. Was a cold evening but was warm and cosy all night and had a really comfy bed!

No complaints for the price we paid!

Staff were super friendly. Really great location, with local restaurants, bars and a park in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and there were teas and coffees provided.

Our room had an ensuite bathroom, which was very clean but there wasn’t great water pressure for the toilet and the shower was quite small. Also, the room was quite cold.

Great location, good value, very clean and tidy

No breakfast but advised in advance. Basic but nice and clean. Friendly hosts, excellent location for what we needed, playing in 2 day golf tournament. Just needed a room close to the course and near some restaurants. Flying pizza was lovely but san Marco owned so expensive.

Close to places to eat. Lovely host and the room had everything I needed.

Mattress a bit too soft and a drippy tap in the bathroom! These were small things, though, and I enjoyed my stay.
