Its position

Freezing cold as no heating on. I had to ask for it. Cold damp room and no heating in bathroom! It’s the end of November!

Pleasant room and garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fridge in the room was a real bonus for us. And we liked the high ceilings.

Could have done with a few more hooks/ shelves to pop things on.
